- At least five (5) years of relevant working experience in managing vertical construction projects
- Knowledgeable in manpower allocation & activity sequencing
- Experience in leading, with practical site civil engineering and architectural implementation
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office Applications, Engineering, and Project Management Software
SITE ENGINEER
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in managing vertical construction projects
- Knowledgeable in manpower allocation and blueprint interpretation
- Familiar with concrete & rebar projections, and practical site implementation
- Certificate in Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) is an advantage
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office Applications, Engineering, and Project Management Software
OFFICE ENGINEER
- Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying
- Knowledgeable in structural as well as architectural quantity surveying
- Familiar with blueprint interpretation, billings, and has good attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office Applications, Engineering, and Project Management Software
EQUIPMENT / WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST
- At least five (5) years of working experience in Construction or Warehouse functions
- Certificates in Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) or BOSH is an advantage
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office Applications
MEPFS ENGINEER
- Graduate of any Engineering Course (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing/Sanitary)
- At least two (2) years experience in vertical construction
- Can interpret respective plans and respond can respond appropriately to related queries
- Certificate in Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) is an advantage
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office Applications
SAFETY ENGINEER
- Graduate of any Engineering Degree
- At least two (2) years experience in HSE management for vertical construction
- Knowledgeable in Occupational Safety and Health Standards
- Must have undergone COSH training with relevant certification
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office Applications
PROJECT NURSE (CONSTRUCTION SITE-BASED)
- Must be a licensed nurse
- Can do basic first-aid, OTC medicine disbursement, and blood pressure monitoring
- Instills programs to improve the overall well-being of all workers in coordination with the Safety Engineers
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office Applications
- Fresh graduates are preferred
PURCHASING SPECIALIST
- Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Industrial Engineer or Management
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office Applications
- Familiar with Construction Materials and Services
- With at least two (2) years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction / real estate industry
ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
- Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in Accountancy or Management
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office Applications
- Familiar with Vat Payments, 2307, EWT, A/R and A/P
- With at least two (2) years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction / real estate industry
HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) SPECIALIST
- Candidate must possess a College Degree in Psychology
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office Applications
- Familiar with payroll disbursement, managing team building activities, and
- Knowledgeable with implementation of labor code & company regulations in the workplace
- With at least two (2) years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction / real estate industry
ADMIN SPECIALISTS
- Candidate must possess at least a College Degree in ANY field
- Graduates of IT / Management / Psychology are preferred
- Familiar with social media management, and basic data entry
- Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office Applications
- With at least one (1) year of related work experience
VEHICLE / TRUCK DRIVERS
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma
- Has a valid Professional Driver’s License, with restrictions 1,2,3
- Can drive 4 to 6-wheeler vehicles within Metro Manila
- With at least one (1) year of related work experience
